Reports are for owners only and need internet. Voided and excluded sales are never counted.
Read your reports
Owner only Needs internet
- Open Reports and pick a range: Today, 7 days, This month, Last month or Custom.
- The top shows Revenue, Net (after refunds), Refunds, Profit with margin, Sales, Avg sale and Discounts.
- Scroll for the cards: Sales by day, Top products, Sales by hour, By cashier, By payment, By source, By category, Discounts given, Stock and Stock losses.
Stock losses shows stock removed as damaged, expired, spoiled, used in store, lost or corrected in the range, by reason, in pieces and in pesos at cost. Owners and people with the Profit and costs permission see it.

Item insights
Advance, Pro and Business
Tap Insights in the menu (or All items on Top products) to see every item sold with "N sold" and ₱. Tap a source card to see one source only, sort by Best-selling or Least sold, and check Not sold in this period for items nobody bought.
Export to Excel
Advance, Pro and Business
Each card has Export CSV. The Export card has Products CSV, Sales CSV and Movements CSV. Files open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Activity log
Owner only Pro and Business
Settings › Activity log › Open activity log shows who did what: logins, sales, refunds, menu and stock changes, settings changes and more, with the device used. PINs and passwords are never recorded. Filter by dates, person or type, or tap Download CSV.
