Questions, answered
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with your business name, your name, mobile number, email and a password. You get 14 days with every Pro feature, and you only pick a payment method if you decide to stay.
Do I need internet all the time?
No. PeppyPOS keeps selling when the internet drops and saves your sales on the device. Connect at least once every 15 days so everything syncs. After 15 days offline, selling pauses until you connect again, and no saved sales are lost.
Does PeppyPOS handle my taxes?
No. Store owners are responsible for filing their own taxes. PeppyPOS only helps you track your sales and inventory.
What do I need to run it?
Any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop with a modern browser. It installs like an app on the home screen. If you want everything handled, the Done-for-you package includes a tablet, and we visit your store to set everything up.
What happens when the internet goes down?
You keep selling. Sales are saved on the device and sync back automatically once you are online again.
How do Senior and PWD discounts work?
Tap Discount on the cart, choose Senior or PWD and type the ID number. PeppyPOS removes the VAT and applies the 20% discount on the right items for you.
What counts as an item?
Every active product on your menu counts as one item. Free holds up to 30 items, Basic up to 100, Advance up to 300, and Pro and Business have no limit. Archived products do not count, and nothing is ever deleted if you reach the limit.
Is the price per branch?
Yes. Prices are per branch. Add more branches anytime from Multi Store inside the app.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Move between Free, Basic, Advance, Pro and Business whenever you like, and cancel anytime. There is no lock-in contract. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free.
